01Who we are

By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the site. We'd be sad, but we'd understand.
02Products and pictures
We try hard to show every tee accurately. Colours can look different on different screens, and some product images are digitally created to show how a design sits on a tee. The print on your tee may vary slightly from what's pictured. Small variations in placement and colour are normal and not a defect.
03Prices
All prices are in Indian rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes. Shipping is free. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown at checkout when you order.
If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after confirmation.
04Orders
An order is an offer to buy. It's accepted when we send the confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order if a size is unavailable, payment fails or looks fraudulent, the delivery address can't be served, or the quantity looks like resale. If we cancel, you get a full refund.
05Pre-orders
Pre-orders are printed in one run after they close on 1 Dec. The ship-by date, Tue, 15 Dec, is our commitment. If we can't meet it, we'll email you before it passes, and you can cancel for a full refund.
After launch, the arrival window shown on the product page and in your bag is our estimate. If we can't meet it, we'll email you, and you can cancel for a full refund.
06Payment
We accept cards, UPI, net banking and wallets through our payment partner, Razorpay. Pre-orders are prepaid; cash on delivery is available after launch. We never see or store your full card details.
07Shipping, returns and cancellations
Delivery is covered in our shipping policy. Returns, refunds and cancellations are covered in our returns policy. Both form part of these terms.
08Our designs
Every graphic, photo, piece of text and the Mudra Clothing Company name and marks on this site belong to us. Buying a tee lets you wear it and resell that tee. It doesn't let you copy, reproduce or print the design. Please don't.
09Using the site
Don't use the site for anything unlawful, try to break or overload it, or scrape it in bulk. Use it to look at t-shirts. That's what it's for.
10Liability
We're responsible for delivering what you ordered and for the rights you have under Indian consumer law, which these terms don't reduce. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We aren't liable for delays or failures caused by things outside our control, such as courier disruption, strikes, weather or outages.
11Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts at [city]. Please write to us first. Most things get sorted in one email.
12Grievances
If you have a complaint, contact our grievance officer, [full name], at abhijeet.designmail@gmail.com. We'll acknowledge it within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month. Details are also on our contact page.
13Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
