Returns, refunds & cancellations

01Returns

You can return any tee within 7 working days of delivery. No reason needed, though we're curious.

To be accepted, it needs to come back the way it arrived:

• Unworn, unwashed, and without stains, perfume or deodorant marks
• In its original packaging, if you still have it

We check every return when it reaches us. If it's clearly been worn or washed, we'll send it back to you instead of refunding. We'll email you photos first.

02Return pickup is free

You don't pay for return shipping. Once your return is approved, we book a pickup from the delivery address. If your pin code isn't covered for pickup, we'll tell you what to do instead, and still cover the cost.

03Size exchanges

Wrong size? We'll swap it for a different size of the same tee, free, within the same 7 working days, as long as that size is available. Ask for an exchange instead of a return when you write in.

04How to start a return

1. Email abhijeet.designmail@gmail.com within 7 working days of delivery.
2. Include your order number, the tee and size, and whether you want a refund or an exchange.
3. We confirm and book a pickup, usually within 2 working days.
4. Hand it over. Keep the pickup receipt until your refund lands.

05Refunds

Refunds start once the return reaches us and passes the check above.

Prepaid orders

Back to the original payment method (card, UPI, net banking or wallet) within 5–7 working days of approval. Your bank may take a few days more to show it.

Cash on delivery

To your bank account or UPI ID, which we'll ask for by email, within 5–7 working days of approval.

Shipping

Shipping is free, so there's nothing to deduct.

06Cancellations

You can cancel an order any time before it's dispatched, even if it's already being printed. Email us with your order number and we'll cancel it.

Pre-orders can be cancelled any time before dispatch for a full refund to the original payment method.

• Prepaid orders are refunded in full to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
• Cash on delivery orders are simply cancelled. Nothing to refund.

Once an order has been dispatched it can't be cancelled, but you can refuse it or return it under the policy above.

We may cancel an order ourselves if a size runs out, a payment looks wrong, or we can't deliver to the address. If that happens, you get a full refund and an email explaining why.

07Damaged, defective or wrong item

If something arrives damaged, misprinted or isn't what you ordered, email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We'll replace it or refund it in full, and pick up the wrong one at our cost.
