Privacy

The short version

We collect what we need to get a tee to your door, and nothing more. We don't sell your data. We don't run ad trackers. Ask and we'll delete it.

01Who's responsible

Mudra Clothing Company, [registered address], India, decides how your data is used. Questions go to abhijeet.designmail@gmail.com.

02What we collect

When you order: Your name, delivery address, phone number, email address and what you bought.
When you pay: Payment is handled by Razorpay. We see whether it went through and the method used, never your full card number or UPI PIN.
When you write to us: Your email and whatever you put in it.
When you sign up for updates: Your email address.
When you browse: Basic technical data your browser sends to any website, such as IP address, device and browser type. We don't build a profile of you from it.

03Why we use it

To take, print, ship and deliver your order, and handle returns and refunds
To send order confirmations, shipping updates and replies to your emails
To tell you about new tees, only if you signed up for that, and you can stop any time
To prevent fraud and meet our legal and tax obligations

Only the companies we need to get your order to you, and only what each one needs:

Shopify: Runs our checkout and stores order records.
Razorpay: Processes payments.
Print & delivery partners: Get your name, address and phone number to print, pack and deliver your order.
Email provider: Delivers the emails we send you.

Some of these providers may store data on servers outside India, under their own security and privacy terms. We also share data if the law requires it. We never sell it.

05Cookies and analytics

The site uses a small amount of browser storage to remember what's in your bag. Checkout, run by Shopify, sets the cookies it needs to work. Our fonts load from Google Fonts, which sees your IP address when they load.

We don't use advertising or tracking pixels. If that ever changes, this page changes first.

06How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, currently up to 8 years. Email sign-ups are kept until you unsubscribe. Emails you send us are kept while they're useful for helping you.

07Your rights

You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, except for records we're legally required to keep. You can unsubscribe from update emails using the link in any of them. Write to abhijeet.designmail@gmail.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

08Keeping it safe

We use established providers for checkout and payment, keep access to order data to the people who need it, and never ask for your card details by email or phone.

09Children

This site isn't meant for anyone under 18 to buy from without a parent or guardian.

10Grievances

11Changes

If we change this policy, the date at the top changes too. Big changes get an email to anyone they affect.
