Pre-orders run 23 Sep to 1 Dec. We make it in one run after they close and ship by 15 Dec. Prepaid only while pre-orders are open. After launch, every order is at your door in 7–10 days. Shipping is always free in India.

02Where we ship
Anywhere in India we can get a courier to. That's most pin codes. If yours isn't covered, checkout will tell you before you pay anything.
We don't ship outside India yet.
03What it costs
Nothing. Shipping is free on every order, whatever the size of it.
04How long it takes

- You order. It's at your door in 7–10 days.
That's calendar days, counted from the day you order to the day it arrives, weekends included. The exact arrival window is shown on the product page and in your bag before you pay.
05Cash on delivery
Not available for pre-orders, which are prepaid. After launch, it's available on orders across India. There's no extra charge for it. Please keep the exact amount ready. Couriers rarely have change.
If a COD order is refused at the door without a reason, we may ask for prepayment on your next order.
06Tracking
When your order leaves us, you'll get an email and SMS with a tracking link. That link is the tracker. More on the track order page.
07Delays and lost parcels
Couriers occasionally lose their way. If your order hasn't moved for a few days, or tracking says delivered and it wasn't, write to abhijeet.designmail@gmail.com with your order number. We'll chase it. If it's actually lost, we reprint and resend it at no cost, or refund you. Your call.
08Wrong address
Check it at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away. We can fix it any time before dispatch. After that it's up to the courier.
